HOOPERS
What is Hoopers?
Hoopers is a low-impact dog sport that uses hoops, tunnels and other obstacles to create fun, flowing courses.
Unlike agility, Hoopers doesn't involve jumping or climbing, making it a great activity for dogs of different ages, sizes and abilities.
It's also a wonderful way to build communication, confidence and connection between you and your dog.

Hoopers is a fun way to build communication, confidence and connection between you and your dog.
Your dog learns to follow your cues and work with you through a course, while you learn how to communicate clearly and effectively.
It's mentally stimulating, physically active and, most importantly, fun for both of you.
-
Hoopers is suitable for a wide range of dogs, including young dogs, older dogs and dogs who may not be suited to the jumping and physical demands of traditional agility.
It's a low-impact activity, so dogs can enjoy the challenge without the jumping, climbing or tight turns found in agility.
If you're unsure whether Hoopers is right for your dog, feel free to contact me and we can chat about what's suitable.

You don't need any previous experience, just bring your dog and a willingness to have fun and learn together.

Hoopers is more than just a sport
Hoopers has become one of my favourite ways to help dogs and their people build confidence, communication and connection.
Watching a dog learn to follow their handler's cues and navigate a course independently is incredibly rewarding — and it's great fun for both ends of the lead.
